1. Product Nature: As Macho's Mexinnaise is a consumable product with specific storage conditions and expiration dates, we do not accept physical returns under any circumstances.

2. Replacements: We do not offer product replacements. In applicable cases, refunds will be issued in accordance with the criteria outlined in this policy.

3. Refund Request: To be eligible for a refund, the customer must:

Submit the request within 15 calendar days from the delivery date
Provide the following documentation:
o Clear photographic evidence of the product. The evidence must include clear images of the product received and its packaging, showing the lot number and expiration date.
o A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.

Requests that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

4. Eligible Refund Cases: A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

The product arrived damaged or broken
The product had expired at the time of delivery
There is evidence that the product was in poor condition upon opening
The customer received a product different from the one ordered
