We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (via Amazon): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Shipping Carriers

We have partnered with Amazon, who will be responsible for coordinating and managing all shipments on our behalf. Shipments may be fulfilled directly by Amazon or through third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others.


6. Delays & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 15 calendar days from the delivery date
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and may offer a refund at our discretion.

Macho's Mexinnaise products are perishable and consumable goods. We are not responsible for:

  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Damage due to heat exposure or environmental conditions after delivery
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers that may affect product condition once shipped
